Return Policy
If you decide to cancel your subscription, simply disable the auto-renewal option. This lets them know not to renew your subscription once your current commitment period ends. Please note that you'll still receive the boxes you signed up for initially.

- Scroll down to the 'Subscription Settings' section.
- Click the box to edit your information.
- From there, you can edit your next plan or disable the auto-renewal at the end of your plan.

While BarkBox doesn't offer a rewards program, they operate on a subscription model. The longer your commitment the more you save. If you sign up for a 12 month plan each box costs only $20, if you buy a one month plan your box will cost $35.
