JOANN ships within the 48 contiguous United States via standard, express and express plus shipping. Only standard shipping can be used to ship to P.O Boxes. Shipments can also be made to Alaska, Hawaii, military addresses and U.S Territories but may take longer to arrive.

Return Policy
JOANN offers a flexible return policy. You can return any JOANN purchase at any time. Returns made with a receipt are refunded to the original method of payment. Returns made without a receipt are refunded with store credit based on the lowest price of the last 90 days. Electronics must be returned with a receipt and in an unopened box. You can return you order to a local store or by mail for a $7.95 return shipping fee.
