This is not an application for exemption. This '"Reason for Contact" should not be used for online applications such as a Homestead, Over 65, Disabled Person or Disabled Veteran.

Subject

If you have moved and are requesting to transfer the Over 65, Disabled Person, 100% Disabled Veteran (or surviving spouse), Surviving Spouse of Member of Armed Forces Killed in Action exemption, or Surviving Spouse of First Responder Killed in Action exemption to a property in another county, please complete a Tax Ceiling Transfer Certificate Request form. On the form, please identify the property you've moved from, indicate the year you would like to remove each exemption, and provide your new mailing address so we can send you your Tax Ceiling Transfer Certificate.

WCAD does not provide the exemption confirmation, unless requested. If you wish to receive an Exemption Confirmation Letter, please confirm the Quick Reference ID number or property address and a valid email address.
