Within his role, Arnold leads and oversees all student diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) experiences, programs, services, trainings, and initiatives for WPI. Arnold and the ODIME team oversee and manage four student identity centers: OASIS Multicultural Center, Collegiate Religious Center, Center for Black Excellence, and Lavender Lounge which promote the office's various programs, services, and support for BIPOC/ALANA students, LGBTQIAP+ students, women, first generation students, students who practice faith/religion, low income students, and other identities. Arnold develops and facilitates various educational strategies to support diverse student populations in STEM while also preparing undergraduate and graduate WPI scholars to enter a diverse workforce.
