NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A man has died following a shooting in Norfolk early Friday morning.
Emergency communications say they received the call around 2:40 a.m. for the shooting in the 7500 block of Tidewater Drive for the report of an unresponsive man.
When police arrived, they located 34-year-old Raymond A. Swift in the 700 block of E. Little Creek Road suffering from a gunshot wound. Swift was pronounced deceased at the scene.
