Football Online Rules Clinic
ONLINE DATES | August 1 thru August 21, 2023
Rule clinics for football, field hockey, competition cheer, sideline cheer, golf, and volleyball are online this fall. These clinics can be accessed on each respective sports page on the VHSL website starting August 1. It is important to note that the deadline to complete the rules clinic is August 21 at 11:59 p.m. Schools that sponsor these sports must ensure that at least one coach from the coaching staff completes the clinic in its entirety. Failure to do so will result in a penalty, as outlined in rule 30-5-1. School completion lists will be updated and posted on the VHSL website. Coaches will not receive a certificate of completion.
Schools that do not have a coach view the rules clinic by August 22 will receive a fine. If you do not have a coach hired by August 22 for a fall sport, please email Kelley Haney([email protected]) in the league office.
You must register for the Rules Clinic.
