UC Regional to Clifton Transition Scholarship and UC Transition Access Award

The purpose of the Regional to Clifton Transition Scholarship and the Transition Access Award is to support students as they transition from the regional campus upon the completion of their associate degree and continue to a college on the Clifton/Uptown campus to complete an on-campus bachelor’s degree program. The purpose of these awards is to encourage students to continue to a bachelor’s degree program immediately after the completion of their associate degree.

The Regional to Clifton Transition Scholarship and Transition Access Award are granted each term (spring, summer, fall) through a selective application process. There is a separate application process for the scholarship and the award. This application process is coordinated by the Transition Advising Center.

The number of scholarships and access awards granted each term is limited based upon available funding. Application for the scholarship or access award does not guarantee a student will receive funding. However, a student must complete the application in the term they are graduating with their associate degree to be considered.

To apply, students must complete the application for the Regional to Clifton Transition Scholarship or the Transition Access Award in Scholarship Universe. Scholarship Universe is accessed from the "Scholarships" tile in Catalyst.

Students who meet the criteria for both the scholarship and the access award should apply for both. Applying for both will allow a student to be considered for each; however, selected students may be granted only one of the awards, not both.
