Eligibility: This Healthy Cookbook Giveaway is sponsored by Trinity Health of the Mid-Atlantic, 3805 West Chester Pike, Ste. 100, Newtown Square 19073. Contest is open Thursday, February 1, 2024 at 9 a.m. through Friday, May 31, 2024 at 5 p.m. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter and a lawful resident of Pennsylvania, New Jersey or Delaware. Only one entry per person/household permitted. All required fields must be completed for entry. At the end of each month, ten (10) submissions will be randomly selected to win an AHA Cookbook, with a retail value of $17. Names will be drawn the first week of the following month and winners will be notified by email. The prize will be delivered to the winner at his or her home address, or if to a business, to an owner, officer or authorized contact at the company address only. No substitution for cash prize.
