Matt Jarrells of Concrete Coring Co. cuts through the roadway Tuesday on North Dixie Avenue in Elizabethtown so the median can be removed as part of the U.S. 31W Rehabilitation Project. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet project is expected to be complete by early December.
