Virtual Poster Competition:

Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in the amounts of $500, $300 and $200 as well as certificates.

REMINDER: Residents are only eligible to win. Medical Students & Fellows are welcome to participate.

Poster PDF:

The poster presentations should present scientific information utilizing narrative material, photographs, charts, diagrams, etc.  
Just like in the past few years, you will submit a PDF of your poster. This is typically made in PowerPoint and needs to be a high-resolution PDF and HORIZONTAL.
Your poster PDF will be uploaded on the virtual meeting platform and there will be a virtual poster area for attendees to view during breaks and in their free time.
Poster PDF needs to be emailed to alyssa.muckelroy@texmed.org by August 31st .
Announcement of the winners will be on Saturday, September 25th during the Business Luncheon.
 
Abstract Paragraph:
All presenters must submit a PDF abstract that is typewritten, double-spaced, one page with 12 point Times New Roman font for the abstract booklet.
This abstract does not have to include sources. If the sources fit within the one page limit, then they can be added.
The paragraph needs to be emailed to alyssa.muckelroy@texmed.org by August 31st
