SC Stay Plus has expended all funds provided by the US Treasury for rental and utility assistance.

The SC Stay Plus was a federally funded rental assistance program that provided more than $335 million in financial assistance to over 55,000 households experiencing financial hardship as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and is now closed.

The emergency rental assistance program SC Stay Plus is closed and will not be reopening. Please be aware that any offers or solicitations claiming to be associated with "SC Stay Plus" are not endorsed or administered by SC Housing. As a security reminder, SC Housing will never request sensitive information via Facebook or any social media platform.
