Description

This is a nine-month, non-tenure-track term appointment with an anticipated start date of August 16, 2024. 




Examples of Duties

The primary duty is to teach 12 credit hours of undergraduate mathematics instruction each semester. Additional responsibilities include serving as a course chair, supervising graduate teaching assistants, preparing instructional materials, and collecting assessment data. 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Mathematics or a closely related discipline is required. Applicants must provide evidence of excellence in teaching and evidence of ability to teach effectively in English.

Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to applicants with experience in teaching in a technology-enhanced environment, especially those with experience using MyLabMath.
