How We're Keeping Zions Bank Stadium Safe

With the approval of the local health authorities and the USL, the Real Monarchs return to play beginning on August 15th at Zions Bank Stadium.  The health of our fans, players, and staff comes first.  Together with the Utah Department of Health, we are implementing these protocols to ensure that the stadium is safe for everyone.  Below is an overview of the fan guidelines to be followed while at Zions Bank Stadium.  We appreciate your support and cooperation in strictly complying with these safety guidelines.  If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback, please call a fan relations representative at 801-727-2702.


FOR THE STADIUM


  • All stadium areas that will be accessed by any person will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before, during, and after the match by our commercial cleaning service
  • Sanitizer dispensers located throughout the stadium
  • Six-foot markers on the ground at all locations where people queue up
  • Social distancing along the entire fan journey, from the parking lot to the seats, including all stadium facilities
  • Timed entry by seat location
  • Socially distanced, contactless ticket scanning
  • Online ordering for concessions, delivered right to your seat
  • Beverage, beer, and snack carts available throughout the stadium with contactless payment
  • Limited concessions menu that includes combo meals
  • Restrooms designated according to seat location
  • Restrooms open with contactless entry/exit
  • Predetermined exit procedures with video board, PA and staff messaging
  • Tailgating is not permitted


FOR THE EMPLOYEES


  • Food and beverage, security, and operations staff will adhere to CDC guidelines
  • All employees will be provided personal protective equipment
  • Employees will be instructed to stay home if they don’t feel well, and will have their temperature checked before entry and complete a health questionnaire
  • All staff will receive training regarding COVID-19 health precautions & procedures
  • Policy barring any employee-to-fan contact (no handshakes, hugs, fan pictures, etc.)
  • All staff will wear masks at all times


FOR THE FANS


  • Strict clear bag or no bag policy
  • Temperature checks and health questions a condition for entry
  • Masks required and are to be worn at all times, except when eating in the seats (we will provide free masks as necessary)
  • Staff stationed throughout the building to oversee social distancing and provide direct routes and access to all facilities
  • Physically distanced seat map to provide a six-foot distance in all directions
  • Seats grouped from one seat to five-seat blocks
  • Front row/aisle seats left open to maximize distances
  • No North Goal seats available
  • Designated aisles for moving to and from seats
  • All guests to be held in their seats starting at the 80th minute for organized exit procedure
  • Pre-match, in-stadium, and text messaging communications for all guest procedures
  • Cashless transactions at concession stands and team store
  • No post-game interactions with players and technical staff


FOR THE MEDIA


- Media will enter through the main entrance by the box office


- Media will be placed six feet apart within the press area


- Press conference room and back of house will not be open to media


-On-field access will be designated strictly for photographers


- No postgame in-person interviews will be facilitated


  • Interviews will be facilitated via Zoom


Our plan is designed to minimize person-to-person touchpoints and distance traveled within the stadium and prevents interaction with individuals from outside of their own households.  We have taken all measures to assure your confidence in a healthy and safe environment.  We look forward to seeing you at Zions Bank Stadium!
