ONE ON ONE TRAINING SESSIONS (ALL DISCIPLINES)

One-on-one training sessions are always the best way for our coaches to identify weaknesses, address problems and teach new skills. One-on-one sessions vary widely in their structure based on the needs of the athletes, but will always begin with an assessment of the athlete's goals and needs, followed by practical exercises for correction and improvement, as well as recommended follow up.

Swim: Learn to Swim, Stroke Technique (available for all 4 strokes), Open Water Skill

Bike: Learn to Ride, Bike Handling

Run: Technique & Drills

Pre-Race Prep: Transitions and Race Weekend Strategy

Strength: Functional/Pre-hab, Sport-Specific

Mobility: Stretching/Foam Rolling
