Biden, Maloney, Delgado & Tonko want the IRS to spy on New Yorkers

The New York Times reports that Democrats want to pay for their $3.5 trillion tax and spending plan in part by forcing banks to report the deposits and withdrawals of any account with more than $600 in activity per year to the IRS.
