Matt Cartwright silent as Biden eliminates thousands of energy jobs

In a politically motivated stunt to keep progressives happy, President Biden has followed through on his promise to kill energy jobs, halting the Keystone Pipeline not even 24 hours into office.  

Biden’s assault on the Keystone State’s energy industry has been met by silence from Matt Cartwright, but Pennsylvanians should expect nothing less. Cartwright voted against the Keystone XL Pipeline Act (and thousands of Pennsylvania jobs in the process) in both 2014 and 2015, so Biden’s executive action blocking the pipeline is exactly what Cartwright wanted. 

Pennsylvania voters deserve answers for why Cartwright is silent as 11,000 Americans’ jobs are lost with a swipe of Joe Biden’s pen.
