BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) — Residents in Bay County and surrounding areas reported seeing damage after severe storms passed through early Thursday morning.
Bayou George saw fences torn down, roof damage, and debris scattered across roads.
Panama City Beach Officials also shared pictures of the damage on Front Beach Road near the Open Sands area. Some businesses in the area had extensive roof damage and windows blown out.
The Callaway Sports Complex also saw heavy storm damage. Bleachers and fences were blown over onto the baseball field.
