Blackberry Hot Toddy
Run a lemon wedge along the rim of a mug or cocktail tumbler.
Rim the glass in a bowl of 1 tbsp. brown sugar. Mash 3 oz. blackberries (half a package) in a colander over a bowl to capture juice.
Add 2 oz. bourbon whiskey, ½ tsp. vanilla extract, remaining juice from the lemon wedge, and ½ cup hot water or tea to blackberry juice. Pour in the leftover brown sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Pour mixture into the sugar-rimmed glass and garnish with a blackberry and vanilla stick.

Rim a martini glass with chocolate syrup. Combine 1½ oz. chocolate liqueur,
1½ oz. Kahlua,
1½ oz. Irish cream
2 oz. brewed espresso
2 oz. half-and-half, and ¼ cup crushed ice in a cocktail shaker.
Cover and shake well. Strain into prepared glass. If desired, garnish with fresh raspberries.
