UPDATE: Police identify woman who died at the 2021 Faster Horses Festival

LENAWEE COUNTY, MI -- Michigan State Police are currently investigating a death that occurred at the Faster Horses Festival at Michigan International Speedway.

The 30-year-old woman from Croswell in Sanilac County was found at around 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 17. Both the cause and manner of death are currently unknown.

Faster Horses is a music and camping festival occurring July 16 to 18 at the Michigan International Speedway. The festival has previously drawn in about 40,000 fans each day.
