The mother of Palestinian terrorist Ibrahim Al-Nabulsi, who was killed in an August 2022 firefight with Israeli forces, said in a December 31, 2022 interview on Palestine Today TV (Palestinian Islamic Jihad) that her son's conduct conveyed the message of love for jihad to Palestinian children. Mother of Ibrahim Al-Nabulsi: "Ibrahim wanted to send a message to a specific group – to the children, who will be brought up on jihad, Allah willing. When these children see the mujahid as a humble, loving, and truthful person who does not eat anything that is haram, they are going to love jihad, thanks to Allah, and jihad will become their way of life. Even if they do not learn it at school, they are going to learn it from their role model – people who are wanted [by Israel]. Thanks to Allah, Ibrahim got his message across.

Ibrahim Was Surrounded And Said: 'Let's Hasten To Jihad And Salvation! Victory Or Martyrdom!'
"[Ibrahim] was surrounded, and the Jews, or the officer who was with them said to him: 'Nabulsi, give up, raise your hands and get out!'
"Ibrahim said to him: 'No way. Let's hasten to jihad and salvation! Victory or martyrdom!' Then Ibrahim shot at them, thanks to Allah, and therefore I say that he was victorious. I always say: 'You have made a good deal, Ibrahim!'"
