In a statement published this week, the Guernsey Financial Services Commission (GFSC) has taken a market-leading approach by recognising the huge potential for tokenisation to improve efficiency within capital markets.   Already well established as an ideal funds domicile with an efficient, simple and flexible regulatory regime, the GFSC's flexibility and willingness to support new technological developments positions Guernsey as a prime jurisdiction for accommodating fund tokenisation.   The policy demonstrates Guernsey's long-term, forward-looking and innovative mindset.
