Dear All,
We hope that you have had a fruitful summer and are looking forward to the upcoming Fall 2022 semester. With August just around the corner, we want to update you on our ongoing COVID policies.
LeTourneau University recommends that students and faculty take a COVID-19 test before returning to campus for the start of Fall 2022 orientation and classes. This is the best way to ensure you are not bringing the virus to campus when you arrive. If students or faculty test positive prior to arriving on campus, they are asked to remain at home and not come to campus until they have tested negative and are free of all symptoms.
Here are some important policy changes:
- COVID-19 rapid tests will be available and optional in the residence halls or through Health Services for students and employees who display symptoms of COVID-19.
- Isolation spaces will be available and optional for students who test positive for COVID-19 and/or their roommates.
- Take-out meals will be available from the Corner Café for students on a meal plan who are in isolation.
