This information was located on the side of the 1908 birth record of Beniamin Wolf WAJSBLECH. The record is from Lublin, Poland.
I'm interested in what it's all about. I can see the dates of October 11 and 26 in 1954. This would indicate he survived the Holocaust, but why would this be recorded on his birth record?
Any help would be appreciated.

9/14/2020 6:48 AM Beniamin Wolf Wajsblech contracted a marriage with {crossed out} on the 11th day of October 1954, in the Register Office in Lodz, act no. 1511/54.

Lublin, the 26th day of October 1954.
