Death record of Wolf Ber UNFLAJS, AKT #439 recorded in Lublin in 1914. Son of Szmul Hersz and Fajga WAJSBLECH.
His birth record stated he was stillborn as per JRI-Poland extracted data. There is a lot of notation on this record. Can anyone help me solve the mystery?
Also, his date of death would be appreciated.

I have read it and understood. The translation follows. Bit there is nothing here about any stillbirth. he couldn't be stillborn as he has died ...
in Lyublin on Spt 6/19 1914
appeared Jews: (here he made mistake and had written wrong name, so he addes the notation on left side " in the fourth line should be read:". I continue what should be read) Itsek Maer Gorovich privat teacher 41 yo and Barukh Tukhman, house owner, 51 yo, residing both in the town Lyublin and announsed that today at 8 am in Lyublin has died (and here returns the otiginal text) Volf Ber UNDFLEJSH (Wolf Ber Undflejsz) 2 years 10 months and 17 days old, s/o Smul Gersh and Fajga nee Vajsblekh, residing in Lyublin.
