I am delighted to share that Integrate has been certified with the “Great Places to Work” certification for the second year in a row. Nearly 90% of our employees at Integrate say we are a great place to work, compared to 59% of employees at a typical U.S.-based company. This is a testament to our commitment to building a world-class culture and team.

At Integrate, we build our cultural pillars into our everyday work. We empower our team to drive performance by taking ownership over their roles. We encourage innovation by being curious and moving fast. We aim to deliver happiness, both internally to our employees and externally to our customers. We build trust with the freedom to be the most authentic version of ourselves while engaging with humility as our default. And finally, we value radical candor in guidance and feedback, and care personally while challenging directly.

In a pandemic year that has been filled with uncertainty and unprecedented challenges, it has never been more important to lead with empathy and understanding. We recognize that we are all human and it’s okay not to be okay. Employees are encouraged to truly take the time they need to lead balanced lives. We give employees resources to support their well-being and development, but also foster their connection to our communities. Toward that goal, here’s a look at all the new employee programs we have implemented this year:

  1. Flex Fridays: Each Friday, Integrators end their workday around 1pm local time so that employees can get a head start on their weekend and properly reset and recharge. The lines between work and personal life can easily blur when you’re working from home amidst a pandemic, and we recognize that work-life balance is integral to employee well-being.
  2. Weekly Town Halls: Our CEO, Jeremy Bloom, leads our weekly Town Halls with the goal of bringing together the whole company to generate conversation, spark new perspectives, and get to know each other. Guest speakers have included CEOs and founders from some of the highest performing tech companies, Olympians across a variety of sports, a Paralympian basketball player, NFL players, a sports broadcaster, a professional rock climber, an economist, a professional drummer, a few authors and producers, a neurosurgeon, a psychologist, a Minneapolis-based police officer, a sleep scientist, and even Jeremy’s sister, Molly Bloom, who the movie “Molly’s Game” was written about.
  3. IntegrateYOU: Our diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiative ensures that employees feel welcome just the way they are. The program has built D&I into hiring, education & training sessions, developed an employee resource group to support employees, held listening tours, discussion groups, and awareness programs.
  4. IntegrateCARES: Our corporate social responsibility program spans various employee volunteer initiatives. Whether it’s to take care of each other during times of need, such as volunteer grocery deliveries during COVID to other employees who are unable to obtain them on their own, or employees sewing face masks for donation, to the company donating tech equipment to women in developing countries, we are committed to giving back to our employees and global community.
  5. IntegrateActive: Our employee well-being initiative includes resources to support mental health, financial health, and physical health. We offer employees a $25/month stipend for wellness, which can be used on programs such as gym equipment, meditation or workout apps.
  6. IntegrateRISE: Our leadership training program with custom designed modules centered around our cultural pillars that educate on how to lead with empathy and enable psychologically safe environments.
  7. Anonymous feedback: We take feedback very seriously at Integrate, which is why we provide various avenues for providing anonymous feedback, including an anonymous Slack channel and periodic engagement surveys. We share all feedback and co-create action plans which we share openly across the entire company.
  8. New technologies: We’ve also invested in technologies such as Reflektive, to allow for a clear way to cascade OKRs to hold employees accountable while enabling consistent, constructive conversations and feedback.

This is just the start of how we are continuing to make Integrate a Great Place to Work. We will continue to innovate, be curious, step up to new challenges, listen for understanding, and solicit feedback. We will continue to live our cultural pillars so that we can tackle the challenges that lie ahead and create a positive impact on our employees’ lives.
