Building Community Wealth: Shifting Power and Capital in Real Estate Finance

Our purpose is to overcome systemic racism through equitable access to capital.

Create shared infrastructure to mobilize knowledge & capital.

Develop credit enhancement, financing and regranting facilities to support the work.

Communicate financial markets’ injustices and the solutions offered by ICC members.

The ICC is being incubated by the Zebras Unite Co-Operative, in partnership with Zebras Unite.org, Surdna Foundation, Common Future and SecondMuse Foundation, and with support from Wells Fargo, UBS, One Project, the Economic Development Administration for Cultural Innovation.
