While the holidays can be a joyous time of the year, it can sometimes be very difficult to feel the holiday cheer. Many feel stressed from the extra demands of buying gifts for everyone to preparing a get-together for the whole family.

The season can also bring depression in some people who may experience loneliness or remind them of losing someone special to them. Additionally, many are still dealing with the effects that the pandemic has had on their mental health.

For the full hour of the show, we speak with psychologist Dr. Jeff Temple, who offers his advice and answers questions on how you can deal with the stress and depression that can sometimes befall the holiday season.

If you or someone you know is in crisis or having suicidal thoughts, call the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988.
