Holler Harm Reduction is a free and confidential service that provides delivery of Harm Reduction supplies and overdose prevention materials to folks using drugs in Madison County, North Carolina.
Health
We distribute supplies to ensure sterile and safe drug use in Western North Carolina. We provide resources to people who use drugs no matter where they’re at in their use or how they use.
We offer information and trainings about safer using and overdose prevention to our participants.

How to Schedule a Delivery
To set up a delivery, call or text 828-290-9066 with your location and supply needs. We deliver Monday-Friday. We deliver supplies anywhere in Madison County and North Buncombe County (Weaverville, Leicester).
Some of the supplies we offer are:
Syringes for drug injection or hormone injection.
Sterile works like cottons, cookers, tourniquets, water.
First aid supplies such as alcohol wipes, antibiotic ointment, sterile saline, gauze, bandaids.
Naloxone to prevent opioid overdoses and fentanyl test strips.
Personal care items like body wipes, soap, menstrual products.
What to expect with a delivery:
We will collect basic demographic information like your date of birth and initials upon delivery. You will receive requested items and information about how to use them if requested. Staff and volunteers will ask about local trends in the supply, recent overdoses, wound care needs and any engagement with law enforcement so that we can offer support and advocacy as needed. All information collected will be kept confidential and we do not share or release any personal identifiers.
Community
At Holler we provide a safe space for people to build relationships without the threat of stigma. We offer overdose follow up support, a drop in space and connections with relevant and necessary services.

Holler collaborates with organizations, businesses and individuals seeking more inclusive policies to engage and support drug users.
Holler Harm Reduction is committed to advocating for drug users in the public sphere. We hope to achieve this through the identification and collaboration with supportive allies in Madison County.

By working with individuals who support the rights and agency of people who use drugs, we work towards creating a community that supports the needs of all citizens in Madison County. This will be achieved through mutual respect, collaboration and the advancement of protocols to better support individuals using drugs.
