Self-recertification requires you to:

  • Document the steps taken since your last TPMA assessment to improve your performance as a trainer. You will need to produce evidence and comment on each section of the original Trainer Observation Report (TOR) that contains a recommendation for improvement.
  • List the average number of training hours you have delivered each year since your last TPMA assessment.
  • Share information about your professional development in the past three years, which is related to training or facilitation.
  • Submit any additional information in support of your application, e.g., links to blog posts, publications, webinars, and client feedback that demonstrate your deep understanding of pertinent topics and competence as a training professional.

To proceed with self-recertification:

To elevate your chances for successful recertification, please provide complete responses and include as much relevant information as needed. Please read the questions carefully and only respond with what you are being asked.
