Officer Nick O'Rear Interstate Name

On February 5th, 2020 our friend, Kimberly K9 Officer Nick O'Rear, was killed in the line of duty. The State of Alabama has said they will name that section of Interstate 65 between Kimberly, AL and Warrior, AL, after Fallen K9 Officer Nick O'Rear.  The cost to name this part of Interstate, is $3,000.  The North Jefferson First Responders’ Memorial Scholarship Fund was created to remember our friend and honor his sacrifice; it is our honor to take on the task to ensure his name is honored and remembered at the location where he gave it all.  Up to this point we have raised $750 and are reaching out to the community to help us raise the remaining $2,250.
Any money received over the amount needed to name the interstate section will go to the nonprofit, North Jefferson First Responders' Memorial Scholarship Fund.
