This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    All claims for damages or shortages must be made in writing within 5 business days of receipt of goods. Goods are sold with the understanding that we will furnish a reasonable replacement for any deflective merchandise, but we do not accept, nor admit, any liability of any kind. Any returns or exchanges must be approved, in writing, by Clothing Illustrated, and if replacement cannot be provided, store credit will be issued. Payment is due per the terms listed on the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

    Pre-book orders can be modified up to 3 business days after order placement. After 3 business days, we are not able to accept any changes or cancellations.

In stock orders cannot be modified after they are placed. We strive to ship out same day and once the order is received it goes directly to our warehouse to be packed and shipped immediately. Changes and cancellations delay all other orders and impede our ability to ship out same day.
