Join us for Session 2 of AAMLA's Radical Self-Care & Wellness for Information Professionals webinar series. The featured speaker is Dr. Natasha Lecque Gourdine.

Dr. Lecque Gourdine has been a fitness enthusiast and wellness coach for 12 years. In addition, she founded one the most talked about health and wellness companies in Charleston, South Carolina. Sports Performance & Wellness (SP&W) offers a variety of fitness options from personal training to nutritional instruction and much more. Natasha’s passion for fitness and rehab originates from participating in sports since age 4 and working as student athletic trainer through high school and college.

She obtained her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy May 2013 from the Medical University of South Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Furman University. She is also certified as an Exercise Physiologist from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and as a Primary Group Exercise Instructor from the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America. Many in Charleston refer to Dr. Lecque as “The Body Architect” because she helps you “build the body you want. You will keep the curves you like and lose the fat you hate.
