Drake Law School is celebrating Equity and Inclusion with a series of events scheduled throughout the month of April.
"nature of the dream" is a film exploring Black identity in Iowa. It debuted in February 2021. Directed by Miriam Randolph and produced by Two Steps to the Left Productions with assistance from the Des Moines Playhouse, the film is an exploration of maintaining Black identity in predominantly white spaces.
"nature of the dream" is available to watch on-demand between April 1 and May 14. Access is limited to Drake Law students, faculty and staff. Registrants will receive a link and password to access the film in an email confirmation.
