A case competition to be held in-person on Saturday, February 12th beginning at 9am in Aliber hall. Groups of two, three or four students are encouraged to enter the case competition contest to compete for cash prizes ($500 for first place!) for themselves and a student organization they represent. The case competition takes place Saturday, February 12th from 9am-11:30am with presentations following a pizza lunch. Each team must be comprised fully of organization members and identify with that organization to be eligible for the organization prize. All majors throughout the University are eligible to compete. The student organization with the highest combined ranking of their top two teams wins the prize. For example, organization A has teams placing 2nd and 3rd results in a ranking of 5, while organization B has teams placing 1st and 5th results in a ranking of 6. Organization A would win the prize. Case competition pitches will be judged by Bryan Falchuk and select Drake faculty.
