The press conference on Thursday 18 November at 14h00 with Juan Fernando LÓPEZ AGUILAR, Chair of the Civil Liberties Committee, has been cancelled. The presentation of the draft report on the crisis and force majeure regulation in the Civil Liberties committee has been postponed to 30 November 2021.
