Federal environmental and energy regulation, the Clean Air Act, greenhouse gas and fuel economy standards for light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles

Andy is a member of EDF’s Legal & Regulatory team. Andy works on federal regulatory policy advocacy and litigation focused on securing and defending Clean Air Act protections to reduce climate- and health-harming pollution, particularly from the transportation sector.

Background

Andy joined EDF in August 2021. He is a graduate of UCLA Law, where he served as Chief Comments Editor for the Journal of Environmental Law and Policy. While in law school, Andy interned with organizations focused on environmental law, energy law, and healthy communities, including Earthjustice and the California Department of Justice. Andy is admitted to practice in Oregon and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.
