Cotton Candy Blueberry Sangria

So refreshing and bursting with fruit flavor, sangria is such an easy drink. This blueberry version is a delicious spin on the classic. Duplin Cotton Candy Blueberry Cotton Candy wine gets added kick from raspberry liqueur and spiced rum. Garnished with beautiful sliced oranges and fresh or frozen blueberries, this sangria is a wonderful on it's own or as an accompaniment to spicy dishes like birria tacos, Nashville hot chicken and green chili with pork or chicken. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle Duplin Cotton Candy Blueberry wine
  • ½ cup Chambord liqueur
  • ¼ cup spiced rum
  • 2 medium, seedless oranges
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries

Directions:

  1. Blend Duplin Cotton Candy Blueberry wine, Chambord liqueur and rum in a large pitcher. Stir and chill overnight.
  2. Cut oranges in half, cutting from the stem end to the blossom end. Cut each half into ¼-inch thick slices.
  3. Remove sangria from the refrigerator.
  4. Add oranges and frozen blueberries to sangria.
  5. Serve sangria over ice, adding a couple orange slices and some blueberries to each glass.
  6. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
