Lee NYC Reps Ad Agency in SoHo Expansion

Lee & Associates NYC represented New Tradition Media, an agency that focuses on the development, marketing, and selling of outdoor advertising assets, in a lease renewal and expansion for 7,184 square feet at 584 Broadway in SoHo. The company will relocate to the ninth floor from the eighth floor, nearly doubling its current 3,689-square-foot space in the building.

A Lee & Associates team of Dennis Someck, Justin Myers and Conor Krup represented New Tradition Media. Steve Marvin of Olmstead Properties represented the landlord, 584 Broadway, LLC.

“We originally put New Tradition into this building three years ago, so we were grateful for the opportunity to advise them again as their business continues to grow,” said Krup. “This larger space meets their business needs now as they continue to expand, while offering an environment that is conducive to creativity and collaboration.”
