Triton Construction will relocate its offices to 550 Seventh Ave.

Lee NYC Guides Construction Firm to Expanded Offices

Lee & Associates NYC represented Triton Construction in a new, long-term lease for 12,015 square feet at 550 Seventh Ave. The company is relocating and expanding from its current space at 30 E. 33rd St. and will occupy the property’s entire 14th floor.

A Lee & Associates team of Dennis Someck and Justin Myers represented Triton Construction in the transaction. Michael Heaner and Sam Stein of Kaufman Leasing represented the landlord, The Adler Group.

“550 Seventh Ave. offered Triton a larger floorplate that meets their needs as they continue to grow their footprint in Manhattan,” said Someck. “The larger space, coupled with the fantastic natural light, and convenience to major subway lines and major transportation hubs in Port Authority and Penn Station made the building very appealing. We’re proud to have helped Triton in this relocation which will better allow them to service their growing business.”
