Early Decision (binding) Deadline: November 15 & Notification: December 15
Early Action Deadline: December 1 & Notification: January 15
Regular Decision Deadline: February 1 & Notification: March 15

Transfer

We feel that a holistic review that encompasses all aspects of your background and application is the most effective method for finding students for whom Christopher Newport is the right fit. Typically, competitive transfer applicants present at least 15 credit hours of college–level credit with an earned cumulative GPA of 3.0. We strongly encourage completion of one college-level mathematics and English course. Standardized test scores are encouraged but not required.

There's also lots to do nearby – we're in the heart of one of the most historic and beautiful areas of the United States, just a few hours south of Washington, D.C., 45 minutes from the Virginia Beach oceanfront and 20 minutes from the storied towns of Williamsburg and Yorktown.
