Off the Ropes

A nonprofit organization

Off the Ropes is dedicated to elevating underserved communities through the power and influence of boxing. Every donation counts and your support allows Off the Ropes to work with underserved youth and individuals with Parkinson's disease in Boulder County.

Testimonials

"Exercise and stretching are so vital to people with PD, it helps slow the progression of the disease. The Parkinson's class provides them and so much more. There is so much to like about this class, the environment is so supportive. I encourage anyone with Parkinson's to come and try this class. It is not only boxing, it's also stretching and physical therapy exercises to help fight the muscle rigidity that comes with PD."
