Certain conditions, restrictions and terms of sale concerning the properties will apply. These Conditions, Restrictions and Terms of Sale are included in the Request for Bids packet referred to in Section D. below.

REQUESTS FOR BIDS:

Request for Bid packets may be obtained from the Purchasing Agent, Tifani Miller, located in the Finance Department, at City Hall, 55 West Tompkins Street, or click here to access the bid packet . 

BID OPENING:

The City of Galesburg will accept sealed bids for the purchase of said real estate until 5:00 p.m. local time, July 18, 2022, at the Purchasing Agent’s Office at City Hall. All bids will be opened and considered at the regular meeting of the City Council on July 18, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
