How to help slow the spread of COVID-19:
- Get the vaccine - It's the most effective way to protect yourself and others
- Wear a face covering - especially when indoors or in crowded outdoor places
- Practice social distance - especially avoid contact with people who you know are sick
- Stay home when you are sick - except to get medical care
- Wash your hands - often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- Cover your couch or sneeze - with your arm or inner elbow, not your hands
- Clean & disinfect - frequently touched objects and surfaces
