The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) is posting its fiscal year 2021 enforcement activity summary data, which provides information about enforcement efforts in the areas of biotechnology, agricultural quarantine inspection, animal and plant health, and animal welfare and horse protection.

APHIS’ Investigative and Enforcement Services (IES) investigates alleged violations of the statutes and regulations administered by Agency programs.

The FY 2021 data is presented in the same format as the previous year and is designed to provide stakeholders with a broad view of the Agency’s efforts to promote compliance with regulations to protect American agriculture.

The FY 2021 enforcement summary data is available at: https://www.aphis.usda.gov/aphis/ourfocus/business-services/ies.
