Since 2000, Ronna Faaborg has reported on a variety of beats for the Ames Tribune and Story County weekly newspapers. She was also a longtime columnist for the Nevada Journal and Tri-County Times, when she wrote under the byline Ronna Lawless. Now the Business and Arts Reporter for the Tribune, Ronna is committed to telling the stories of local business people, artists, businesses and arts organizations. A native Iowan who's passionate about travel, Ronna loves to see the country and the world, and then is happy to return home to Iowa. She has lived in several areas of Story County, including Zearing, Story City, Nevada, Gilbert and now resides in Ames.
