Since 2008, AES Indiana has worked with community partners on Arbor Day to give away more than 11,000 trees. AES Indiana celebrates Arbor Day each year with the annual Indy Free Tree event to support ongoing sustainability efforts.

AES Indiana will be distributing free tree saplings to the general public on-site to celebrate Arbor Day! Spend a little time learning about the ways different organizations, including Keep Indianapolis Beautiful and the City’s Urban Forestry division, are working to increase Indy’s tree canopy and how to best ensure your sapling grows to its full potential.
Right Tree, Right Place
AES Indiana encourages those receiving free trees to plant smart with utilities in mind and follow our Right Tree, Right Place planting guidelines.
