Join us for Fall Fit Fest, a virtual fitness festival! Sign up for this virtual fitness festival and participate in any physical activity of your choice with your family, friends or coworkers. This is a great way to spend time outdoors with your family or team building with your coworkers, all while supporting The Family Tree. Some activities include walking, running, hiking, biking, tennis, bowling or yoga. It’s up to you! We will have weekly fitness challenges. Prizes will be given out for those who log the most time and who earn the most points in the weekly challenges.
