Greetings!

A Bit About Me

In 2012, I graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) with a Marketing degree and a Marketing Research Certificate. In 2020, I earned my certificate in Nonprofit Management from UAB and Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.  I am currently enrolled in the Masters of Community Planning Program with an Economic Development Certification at Auburn University.

After a decade in retail management, I began my career in the nonprofit sector as a Nonprofit and Cause Marketing Strategist. I partnered with nonprofit executives to grow their personal and professional brands, human-to-human. In 2018, I relocated to Auburn, AL to join the AmeriCorps Vista program. While at Auburn University, I have worked in Auburn Outreach, Auburn University Foundation, and the Office of Inclusion and Diversity. In November 2021, I rejoined Auburn Outreach as the Outreach Programs Administrator for the Office of Public Service.

I currently serve as the President of Women in Non-profit Foundation, AYP Committee Member with the Auburn Chamber, Kiwanis of Lee County Club, Co-leader for Neighborhood Outreach with Church of the Highlands, and VP of ICMA at Auburn University. I am dedicated to serving others in the community, from mentoring high school students to providing food and resources to families in need. In 2021, I began the Women in Nonprofit Foundation (WIN Foundation), a platform dedicated to supporting and partnering with women-led organizations in Alabama to alleviate poverty in rural communities.

Motto: “Success is on the other side of service.”
