Parents and Guardians of 9th Lit Students, 

We are excited to offer the Autrey Mill 9th Lit students the opportunity to visit Shakespeare Playhouse in Atlanta for a Romeo and Juliet play. This iconic play is a required text for our Fulton County curriculum, so we are thrilled to study Romeo and Juliet in multiple mediums in a culmination to our unit. 

Students will attend the trip on Wednesday, February 21, 2024. We will load the buses at 9:00 AM and return by 1:00 PM for lunch. Students need to either bring a lunch from home or they can purchase a sack lunch from the cafeteria. We will be eating lunch in the classrooms when we return. 

The trip cost is $21 and payments can be made on the Online School Payments link on the school website. Parents must complete the permission form for their student to attend the trip. Permission forms and payment are due by January 26, 2024. 

This is a great opportunity for 9th Lit students to experience Romeo and Juliet live on the stage!
