Altenew March 2020 Washi Tapes Release Blog Hop +Giveaway

Hello friends!
Warning: Super-heavy photo post
https://shrsl.com/25ksm
Yay, it's an exciting day of Release Blog Hop from Altenew!
I am super excited to share some cards with new WASHI TAPE projects with you.
If you arrive from the Nicole Watt's blog, you are in the right place!

All the details about this blog hop, please visit Altenew Card Blog and/or Altenew Scrapbook Blog

First up, it is my favorite Washi Tape from this release.

Featured products #1: Wild Flora, Gold Foil 1 Inch, Navy Gold Trim
 Altenew-WildFloraWashiTape-GoldFoil1 Inch WashiTape-NavyGoldTrimWashiTape-Virginia#1

I used the Mod Vase for this design. I love that the Washi Tape comes in a wider strip because it is so much easier to apply to card stock and die cut.

For the bouquet of flowers?
I simply cut out small stems of flowers from the Wild Floral Washi Tape.

Feature products #2: Seashore Washi Tape
 Altenew-SeaShoreWashiTape-Virginia#1

The gradient effect from the Seashore Washi Tape makes this card a standout. I took the large Mega Thanks die and die cut it across the Washi Tape.

The background was stamped in Peony Bouquet.

Feature products #3: Marsh Land Washi Tape and Tea Party Washi Tape

 Altenew-MarshlandWashiTape-TeaPartyWashiTape-Virginia#1
This "31" card was created for an upcoming birthday in April.
How cool is that to use the number as the focal point?
Altenew-MarshlandWashiTape-TeaPartyWashiTape-Virginia#2

I love the transparency of the Washi Tape. I did the first layer of  Marsh Land Washi Tape over white card stock. I then positioned the Tea Party Washi Tape over the number 31.

After running them through the die cut machine, you can peel off the excess part.
You are then left with the number with two layers of Washi Tape!

Feature products #4: Gold Stream Washi Tape
Altenew-GoldenStreamWashiTape-Virginia#1

I created the background with the Dotted Diamond Stamp Set.
The floral pattern is from Bursting Dahlia Stencil.

I applied two strips of Gold Stream Washi for the shine and interest.
This is the beauty of Washi Tape...the gorgeous result is instant!

Thanks to the Washi Tape, creating a card is made easy and quick!
I really hope that you love seeing how I used the new Washi Tape.

Wow, how fun! I've never put washi tape on cardstock and cut it. Easier than ink blending! Looking forward to trying.
